Music impacts our lives to a degree that is almost impossible to gauge. I could give a list a mile long of music and musicians that has either influenced or moved me. The funny thing is when you reverse the process and look at the people who have influenced music (at least to a mass degree) the list becomes much shorter. We could talk all day about The Beatles, Elvis, or even Nirvana and all deservedly so when discussing the kings of modern day pop culture. However, Michael Jackson, without a doubt in my mind is the most influential artist of the last 60 years. And as much as I love to discuss music on an analytical, today I’d rather sit back, listen and be reminded, strictly on an emotional level, of why I loved Michael Jackson’s music.
This is by far my favorite MJ song.
Long live the King.

Hey ya’ll! Hope all is well out there. Just wanted to take a second to say “what up” and let you know about some stuff going on in the Pseudo Rebel camp. Okay, here goes. So as you may or may not know our album is complete and set for release later this summer. We’ve been hard at work getting some videos ready and preparing the whole promotion thing. I really can’t wait to share the music and videos with you all. In the mean time we’ve released our Kid Cudi Day and Night remix and have loved getting your feed back.
I want to thank everyone who keeps asking me when they can get the album and also those who just want me to shut up about this whole thing. I’m having a blast being apart of the PR’s and when the time comes I hope you’ll enjoy the music as much I have. So please stay tuned cuz we should be rolling out with some cool media stuff and a pretty fun album really soon.
Until next time, thanks.

Hey ya’ll, happy Saturday! A little over a month ago I read an article in Spin Magazine about this singer song writer Emily Wells. I checked out her Myspace page and instantly fell in love. This woman is an amazing talent with some fantastic songs, including a great cover of the Notorious B.I.G song Juicy. I was able to see her live in Hollywood at the Hotel Café last weekend and it was one of the most unique live shows I’ve seen in quite awhile. Check her out.
Until next time, thanks.

Hey ya’ll it’s your boy DP3! Hope all is well out there. Just wanted to take a second a share something I found on Youtube last weekend. This kid is so cool it blows my mind. Do n’ his thing in the middle of an Apple store. You gotta love it! I think my favorite part is the Dick Cheney look-alike looking over his shoulder in the beginning. Cracks me up and scare me at the same time. Anyway, like I said, I think this kid way cool and wanted to share. This is One of the earliest performance from the Apple Store Kid Nicholifavs of the Pseudo Rebels remix of Kid Cudi’s Day and Night in an Apple Store.
