Raining In LA

So anyone living in LA can back me up on this one…it hardly ever rains here. And if you love the rain like I do then you always look forward to those three or four rainy days we get every year. Well today it rained pretty hard, at least by our So Cal standard, which made me happy except….we already have the worst traffic in the world and you can imagine how it gets when we get even a few drops.
My normal half hour to an hour commute to work this morning turned into an hour and half, which did suck. It was even a holiday. But the thing that makes it all worth it, is the way our local news covers even the slightest hint of drizzle. If it’s even cloudy out we get great footage of a reporter standing on some street corner in a slicker reporting “Storm Watch 2010″ with the intensity level pumped up to what you would expect from someone reporting from the middle of a level four hurricane. Good times.
Well according to “Storm Watch 2010″ it should be raining for the next three days here in LA. To all you on the East Coast or Mid-West or anywhere with real weather I’m sorry to say you’ll never know the joys of an LA storm watch.
Truthfully we really need the rain so I’ll take the extra time tacked onto my commute with a smile knowing that least I’ll be able to thoroughly enjoy my evening news. So please take the time to hit me up and let me know your feelings on Storm Watch 2010 and how it’s effected your day.

FEARO’S B-DAY BASH of GIRLS GONE GRAFFITI

Pseudo Rebels Live at Rhythm Lounge

Ok, so over the past year we’ve had some shows that I’ve been incredibly pumped up to play. We’ve had the honor of opening for such acts as FM (Far East Movement), Flynn Adams and Pigeon John as well as some great local LA and Long Beach acts. All this to say I’m beyond hyped for the FEARO’S B-DAY BASH of GIRLS GONE GRAFFITI on February 11th at the Rhythm Lounge in Long Beach.
This show/party is going to be off hook! Havok from the Beat Junkies be spinning along with DJ Trixter. There will be performances from Aloe Blacc, Medusa, Otherwize, and many others. And oh yeah, did I mention there will be a grip of graffiti artist doing murals on 20 live models. Yeah.
This should be an incredible night so plan now to come out and we’ll release more info as the show gets closer.

Normally I don’t go out of my way to watch YouTube videos containing cats or babies but this kid can rock.
